From 2015 to 2018 I undertook the task of updating the content strategy and creation of Deezer’s user-facing blog. Deezer is one of the world’s leading music streaming platforms spanning across 180 different countries. To help improve our brand identity and go above and beyond our role as a streaming platform, I created and coordinated a new media-oriented strategy, which ranged from design implementation and content creation to the new editorial line. The blog has since tripled its audience and, as a result, attracted high-profile artists to enter partnerships with Deezer. The blog has also helped increase the reach and engagement rates across Deezer’s social media channels and has contributed to improving product SEO and Deezer’s overall streaming tactics.

New Interface

We made the blog responsive with a shorter and cleaner navigation menu for increased legibility. We introduced a post carousel to highlight trending articles and used a masonry grid themed template to create a better overview of the most recent articles.
